“Fighting Age” and “Britain First” by Investigative Journalist
Jan 24 “Fighting Age” and “Britain First” Post by Investigative Journalist which was removed from the hate group, No to the No The Barge:
I usually don’t bother saving my posts, assuming they won’t be removed by petty tyrants. However, I’ve made an exception this time due to the unsettling admin situation in the group. Feel free to do with it what you wish.
It’s good to be here and know that I self-identify as a citizen journalist, and my pronouns are they or them. I agree that this group should be renamed, as the content is pretty 90% about some guy called Alex Bailey, so I decided to look into the claims made here.

The video from “Britain First” was suss with the TikTok handle visible and a watermark, so I looked into it, and the account no longer exists. However, it is strikingly similar to 100 of the other videos on TikTok made by human traffickers, or haraga, which translates to burning their documents or some other nonsense.
“Fighting age” is a bit melodramatic, though the Ministry of Defence only hires lads between the ages of 18 and 48, and the distribution of first-time asylum applicants by sex shows that more men (70.8%) with 53.9% total aged 18–34 years. Working age wouldn’t exactly fit either, as that’s now 65+.
Journalist integrity is important to the profession, and the laziness of convicting over a watermark is just that. Publishers must take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and distinguish clearly between statements of fact and opinion. “Unknown origin” is a whole other post, and I am tired after all my gumption and asking the right questions.
